When you use AI Coach, we collect account details (name, email address, target role), spoken audio transcripts during mock sessions for real-time evaluation, and resume documents you voluntarily upload to customize question generation.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your voice transcripts and answers are processed in real-time solely to score your interview answers, calculate speech pace metrics (WPM), and generate your performance scorecard. We do not sell your personal data or resume details to third-party recruiters without your explicit permission.

3. Microphone & Camera Permissions

The mock interview room requests access to your device microphone and camera. Video feeds are rendered locally on your device for interview presence simulation and are never transmitted or stored on external servers.

4. Security & Data Protection

All communications between your browser and our backend servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). User passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard BCrypt algorithms.

5. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your account and all associated interview scorecard records at any time.
